That’s not a problem; it’s often a sign this space is for you. You’re never forced to speak or share. You’re welcome to observe, feel, and notice what emerges in your body at your own pace. Your presence matters here, regardless of how many words come out of you, or if none do at all. Silence is a strong presence. Sometimes it says more than a thousand words.

No. You don’t need any prior knowledge. This space is about noticing how you feel, how you respond, and how connection happens in real time. Human Design here is lived and experienced, not explained or studied.

That’s perfectly welcome. You’re not expected to perform, share something profound, or have the “right” words. Sometimes listening is the most meaningful participation. What matters is staying present with what’s true for you in the moment.

The live space is held as an intimate, presence-based experience. There may be a recording for my own use, primarily to create short clips featuring me. If I ever wish to use any part that includes you, I will ask for your permission first and get your approval on how it’s shared. The full session is not shared or distributed as a replay. Your presence, voice, and boundaries are respected at all times.
